i have 65psi fuel pressure have spark to plugs.cranks well.replaced crankshaft sensor. but wont fire.

sorry truck is outside in the dark .everything for air intake is all disconnected.

The just unplug the mass air flow and see if it will start, the inlet hose will not be a problem to leave off.
