2006 trailblazer no heat all parts have been changed bottom rad hose cold

Mechanic's Assistant: Have you checked to make sure the thermostat is working? What about the coolant level?

Replaced it twice hose bottom of rad still cold

Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your Trailblazer yourself? What have you tried so far?

Yes i replaced core rad thermostat twice water pump flushed system i have been turning wrenchs for never had one i coulded fix

OK are the heater hoses into the cabin hot to the touch? Is one hot and one cold? Both cold?
