Hey there...Manually bleeding the rear brakes on my 1999 Tahoe...No pressure at bleeders

Mechanic's Assistant: How many miles are on the car? Are these the orignial brakes?

91K... New everything

Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your Tahoe yourself? What have you tried so far?

Doing work myself...Replaced master cyl..bench bleed first..New rear shoes and rear brake hose adjusted rear shoes to spec

Mechanic's Assistant: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Excellent pressure at front...very little to none at rear

SnapOn Modus...did succesfully do automated bleed...Excellent pressure coming out of the Master cyl into abs unit...excellent pressure coming out of abs unit for the front brakes..very little to no pressure out of abs to rear brakes

the problem you have is the pressure valve in the abs unit is stuck closed causing this issue

if the bleed will not work you need to try to manually get it to click back to position

usually pushing down and holding the brake pedal then opening the lines from the master to the ABS unit seeing fluid come out then closing both lines then letting the brake pedal come back slow will suck the valve back to centerthis might take 5 or 8 trys but it will snap it back into place then you will get fluid back to the rears to bleed it out

you need to be patient with this but it will snap back into place
