2010 C6 base coupe...

2010 C6 base coupe electrical issue. Service warning lights for for brakes, traction fuel and speed meter goes to zero as well as fuel gauge to empty. first time. restarted engine and all was well. second time same issue. third time engine would not start. forth time engine would not start. cleaned battery cables. problem comes and goes. seems ok now. suspect ecm.

This does sound like a fault with the engine computer or the anti-lock brake computer causing communication issues or data faults causing all of these issues here.I have seen issues similar to this before with one of these having an internal fault needing replaced.

The first thing that needs to be done is to have the fault codes read out/checked with a compatible scan tool or computer plugged into your model to see what codes are set.Once this is done any codes set will help to then diagnose and locate the fault here.This has to be done with these lights on as there will be at least one code set that will need to be diagnosed to help locate the issue.In some cases, a local parts store can read out the fault codes at no charge to you.
