JA: What is the model/year of your Chevy?
Customer: 2014
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes replaced secondary air valve, ran air pump with scan tool, verified no cloggs in hoses or ports in cylinder head
JA: Do the vents feel cold? Is there a coolant leak?
Customer: what vents??? no coolant leak
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: had same code 6 mths ago, replaced valve ok untill now, valve is gm supplied

I​ think the new valve has probably failed, I'm assuming you have activated pump already? does scan tool allow you to activate valve?

OK but this was 2nd valave, air pump runs with scan tool & when bypassing relay,i believe scan tool has that capability, code came right back after cold restart with new gm valve

I think troubleshooting chart is going to be your best option with this code. This code means the pressure sensor built into the valve did not detect enough pressure which would either mean weak pump, clogged port, or sensor not working properly and the troubleshooting chart will walk you through testing each component.
