left rear turn signal and running light not working and cruise control stops when right turn signal engaged.
JA: While using the cruise control can you accelerate or decelerate? Have you checked the fuses?
Customer: yes for both questions
JA: What is the model/year of your Chevy?
Customer: 2004 Chevy Express 2500
JA: Are you fixing your Express yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: replaced both rear bulbs and checked the rear sockets for power, no power to the left rear

Hi there, I am Cam.

So this likely is one of three things.
First is a bad fuse in the fuse block under your seat. Fuse #4 is the fuse for that side.
Second is bad wiring between them.

third and most likely is the turn signal flasher module located under the left side of the dash.
