Having relay issues on a 2014 Express (camper) less than 20000 miles

Mechanic's Assistant: How many miles are on the car? Has the car been starting normally?

Will not turn over needs to be towed each time. 2014

Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your Express yourself? What have you tried so far?

Fixed at dealership. March 2016 replaced crank relay and run/crank relay and fuel pump relay to have internal poor connections replaced, cleared codes road tested good at this time (12408 miles)

Mechanic's Assistant: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

Now on 9/21/2017 had to have it towed Chevy dealership says it is main sensor and some sort of transmission sensor

That is correct vehicle had to be towed to dealership both times

Sure thing.

  • Ignition switch
  • Body Control module (loss or power or ground)
  • Engine control module (loss of power or ground)
  • Faulty engine or frame ground.
  • Underhood fuse block
  • Wiring

The under hood fuse block was replaced June 2016 when it was driven into the dealership for electrical issues and at that time I pointed out We had been having issues since the March 2016 work was completed

The relay itself? No it is not. They usually do not fail.

The no crank condition is very common.

However, it could be several different things.

If it is a starter, yes, it is common.

If it is a faulty ECM or BCM, it is less common, although, it does happen.
