JA: Have you tried cleaning and oiling the brake pedal's pivot under the dash?

JA: What is the model/year of your Chevy?
Customer: Have not
JA: What year is your Chevy?
Customer: 2006 3500 Diesel
JA: Are you fixing your 3500 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I got home last night about 3am. Pulling flatbed most of day. When I pulled into driveway, it got stuck.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Haven't tried anything yet. It makes loud screeching noise if I try to pull forward. Wasn't all the way in place when this happened

Truck wasn't pulled all the way into desired parking spot, so I tried to pull forward. Video would be of great help. Or detailed explanation. I'm a girl and don't have experience repairing vehicles.

There is a handle under the dash to release the parking brake lever. If the lever does not come up when you pull the release handle, you should try to pull the lever up with your hand while holding the release handle. I will attach an image of the release handle under your dash.
