ok. here. check 1 for 5 volts, 2 for ground, then back probe the connector and check 3 for a signal

well that all looks good, and being that the truck doesnt start we cant check the signal for changing with rpms. so, are you getting rpms when cranking?

The tachometer is electronic and shuts off when cranking the key
