This is a common symptom of a failed fuel pump, they will work until they warm up then stop working until they cool off. To verify this is the problem you will need to connect a fuel pressure gauge. Check pressure with key on engine off when it is cold and will start, then compare pressure when it won't start. If pressure is lower during no start then replace the fuel pump. Pressure should be around 60 psi key on engine off. Let me know if you have more questions, thanks.
