Hello there, I am CAm.

Quick question to start this off, do you still get your system sounds like the key in cylinder alarm, signal light clicks and such?

Strange then, to get system chimes but no radio sounds suggests the radio itself, not the amp. Have you verified then both AM and FM, as well as CD have no sound?
How did this issue start?

Also can you post your Vin so I can see exactly what option you have for radio and amp configuration?
