Customer Question

It's a piece of junk. Lol
JA: What is the model/year of your Chevy?
Customer: 2004 impala
JA: Are you fixing your Impala yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: My issues mimic an ignition switch. The car shut off while driving, but won't start anymore. I was having intermittent problems with it not wanting to start for weeks. If I would tap on the drivers side fuse box the check engine light would flicker. If I could get it to stay on the car would start. But now I can't get the check engine light to even flicker. To top that off I have a low brake fluid, security and service engine soon message in my message center. And new to all of this.... I can't link my scanner to the car anymore. It just won't link.
JA: Does the light stay on, or does it blink?
Customer: The check engine?
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: that's about it
