Does the engine crank over and not start or does it not crank over at all?

I got the fused to stop blowing it was a shorted wire but But the engine just turns over and doesn't fire
Chevy Mechanic: AMEDEE, CHEVY TECHNICIAN replied 1 year ago

Thank you for that information.

We need to check all other fuses and check for spark while cranking.

Let me know.

Hey it starts on starting fluid that's it
Chevy Mechanic: AMEDEE, CHEVY TECHNICIAN replied 1 year ago

If it starts on starting fluid, we have a fuel delivery issue.

Either there is no fuel pressure for some reason or the fuel injectors are not opening when cranking.

You can check fuel pressure and fuel pump and circuit operation. I would recommend to start there first.
