I have a 2012 colorado, 4-door, 4-wheel drive. it's a truck.

Customer Question

i have a 2012 colorado, 4-door, 4-wheel drive.
JA: Besides this, what condition is the car in?
Customer: it's a truck.
JA: Are you fixing your Colorado yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: mercy no. I'm a 71 yr old lady!
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: yes. Chevrolet finds nothing wrong. My local mechanic, who is great, has replaced all the parts that could be causing the problem. Problem: it shifts from normal to 4-wheel high drive all by itself. It used to do it only when it was hot and I slowed to make a turn. Now it does it after I have sitting with the engine on. Also, this past weekend it went from normal to 4-wheel drive while I was on the road. HELP! This truck is going to kill someone.
