No sound, radio, and everything works but no sounds
JA: Is this an aftermarket stereo, or did it come with the car?
Customer: It's all from factory, 2015. Radiio turns on no sound, turn signals work but no sound
JA: What is the model of your '15 Chevy?
Customer: Equinox
JA: Are you fixing your Equinox yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: We checked the fuses but that's it
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Radio comes on but no sound, seat belt light comes on but no sound either

IF you are NOT getting Chime Sounds or Sound from the Radio, this will likely be the BCM (body control module), Radio or Speakers
The BCM is responsible for supplying the Power & Sound to the Radio, in which the Chimes also go thru the Radio to the Left Front Speaker.
Could be a update Program needed for the BCM & / or Radio
Us of GM Dealer Scan Tool is needed to Test & Program
The only Customer input would be Connections, Fuses & Grounds
Since the Radio is coming on, it would seem unlikely it is a Fuse
Fuses 4, 6 & 8 , located in the Inside Fuse Panel, power the BCM
apprx 1 hour labor
