Just replaced fuel pump and all injectors. Truck ran for 4

Just replaced fuel pump and all injectors. Truck ran for 4 days and then quit on us and prompts change fuel filter. The filters were changed when the pump/injectors were changed. No prime on the pump
JA: Is the fuel filter an external one, or is it inside the tank?
Customer: External!
JA: What is the model/year of your Chevy?
Customer: 2015 Silverado 3500
JA: Are you fixing your Silverado yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No I took it to a mechanic whom I just paid $5000 to replace fuel pump flush tank,lines and they replaced all the injectors
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
