I have a 2003 Chevy 3500 express box van. No pressure or air

Customer Question

I have a 2003 Chevy 3500 express box van. No pressure or air movment when I switch it to vents. It appears to work on floor vents or windshield vnets (defroster). Could it be a cabin air filter problem clog. If so where is the cabin air filter?
JA: Do the vents feel cold? Is there a coolant leak?
Customer: Seems like the air is cold when coming out of the floor vents. I just don't get anything from the dash vents pointed at the passengers or driver
JA: Are you fixing your Express yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I'm pretty handy so I'm trying to. That's why I was wondering about the cabin filter
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Don't think so

Hi, I'm Ron and I will be helping you today.
Stand by for a moment while I prepare your answer.

Expert:  rpmdiag replied 4 months ago.

Your problem is a bad blend door that controls the air flow to all the different vents. this part is located under the dash inside the heater box and rather difficult to get to and replace.
