Does it read rpm higher than zero when you're cranking the engine?
There is something wrong with the CKP sensor circuit, then. If the CKP signal was making it to the ECM, you'd have RPM higher than zero.
I know you replaced the sensor already. You'll need to chase the wiring, starting at the CKP connector, and put your hands/eyes on it from sensor to ECM and find where it's chafed or damaged.
It's possible, but not likely. When ECM's die in these trucks, they are generally completely dead, not just missing the CKP circuit.
