Trying to fix ac on 2009 Silverado. Has dual air control and is digital. I assume it is actuator, I find multiple part# ***** pertain to this truck. Part# ***** appears to be for left. Do you think this will fix? And where is it located

Mechanic's Assistant: Have you checked the Freon level?

I was told it is good from chain tire store. Diagnosed as actuator. Then has to close, no additional info. R/S blows ice cold

Mechanic's Assistant: Are you fixing your Silverado yourself? What have you tried so far?

Wanted to attempt to but checking forums and you tube but all shows wrong Year or pass side issue

No worries. I am attaching the part information here. That is the correct part. The Dorman part # is Part# ***** This part is from any auto part store. I have also provided the location information for the left side.
