JA: Will the headlights turn on? Is the battery fully charged?
Customer: No headlights and battery hasn't had any problems
JA: What is the model/year of your Chevy?
Customer: 2008 3/4 ton LT
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Wasn't planning on fixing it, and only turning the key bc we have had zero problems til now
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
