Hi, I am Mike, welcome. I'm reviewing your question.

Expert:  Mike S. replied 8 months ago.

What are the color of the wires that only have 3.8 volts at where exactly are you testing them at or what do they feed?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
I am testing them at the switch
Expert:  Mike S. replied 8 months ago.

Ok, what are the color of the wires that have the 3.8 volts?

Did you not read that?

Expert:  Mike S. replied 8 months ago.

Are 2 of them pink and brown?

Expert:  Mike S. replied 8 months ago.

If so, how many volts do you have at the cruise #19 fuse and the rr pk lp2 #29 both in the underhood fuse block?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
I will check for the voltage again and let you know what colors the wires are i know all the fuses have battery voltage
Expert:  Mike S. replied 8 months ago.

Then you have a short between said fuse/s and the spot of that switch where those wires attach.

Here are the wiring diagrams in case you want them.

Hello i checked those wires , one is brown it has no voltage at all , no pink wire theres a purple wire it has 6.4 volts ,a green/black wire it has 9.7 volts,a gray wire that has no voltage, a red wire that has 13.8 volts
Expert:  Mike S. replied 8 months ago.

Are you talking about at the accessory switch cause I see several switches?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
No refering to the wiring pigtail going to the*****switch on dash
Expert:  Mike S. replied 8 months ago.

Are you sure it's not the accessory switch along the right side of that first wiring diagram?

What engine did you say was in the again?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
3.5 5 cyl
Expert:  Mike S. replied 8 months ago.

Yeah, that is what I looked up.

It's got to be the same thing as that accessory switch, except I don't see any red wire but I do see a pink wire.

Anyhow, you never answered how many volts do you have at the cruise #19 fuse and the rr pk lp2 #29 both in the underhood fuse block?

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
All fuses under hood have battery voltage
Expert:  Mike S. replied 8 months ago.

I am opting out cause my wire colors don't match up with what you say.

Customer: replied 8 months ago.
now what if you are opting out someone else taking over
