All of a sudden the parking lights have been staying on even

all of a sudden the parking lights have been staying on even when switch is off - i pilled one of the aux maxi fuses and they go off (actually work with the switch) so obviously theres a short somewhere- any ideas
JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: parking light front and rear
JA: What is the model/year of your Chevy?
Customer: 1999 gmc k2500 suburban
JA: Are you fixing your 2500 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: just happened last night and havnt had a chance to really look, i was just about to see if i can find out what the aux 1 and aux 2 maxis actually power
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
