Chevrolet Repair Questions? Ask a Chevy Mechanic for Answers ASAP
Hello my name is***** am an ASE Master Technician and I am glad to help you with your question.
This could be a wiring problem in the rubber boot of the liftgate. I would check there for broken wires, this is the most common problem. Also these issues could be tied together. A scan tool would be helpful to communicate with the liftgate control module.
