Hi my name is***** to JustAnswer.

So you have a new TCCM (Transfer case Control Module) and a new encoder motor (The one on the transfer case)?

Have you had the TCCM programmed? Do the indicator lights flash on the 4WD switch when attempting a shift?

I would start by checking a known chaffing point in the harness on the drivers side running above the frame between the body. It runs from the transfer case into the cab.

I will do some more research while awaiting a response.

I would also check the Front Axle Actuator connector for signs of water intrusion. Usually white corrosion in the plug or on the terminals.
