I have a 2003 Chevy Avalnach 1500. I found a parasitic draw

Customer Question

I have a 2003 Chevy Avalnach 1500. I found a parasitic draw coming from fuse MBEC #1 (mid bussed electrical center power feed, front seats, right doors) How do I find the exact electrical component draining the battery. There are many electrical components attached to this fuse. I'm a little overwhelmed where to start. I want to find the component responsible for this energy draw so I can reconnect the fuse and use my truck like normal.

Hi my name is ***** ***** I will be happy to assist with this today. In some cases I may need more info to assist better.I apologize for any delay.

Start with removing the Seat circuit breaker then the RT door circuit breaker one at a time and see if the drain drops when one of these are removed. Then we will know which intermediate circuit this is on that will help us narrow down the fault. If the drain does not lower let me know so we can continue.

Thanks Pete
