No power to the fan motor. all fuses good. no pwer, 2004

Customer Question

no power to the fan motor. all fuses good.
JA: Is the power loss consistent, or does it fluctuate?
Customer: no pwer
JA: What is the model/year of your Chevy?
Customer: 2004 Avalanche z71
JA: Are you fixing your Avalanche yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes, the motor and resister keeps needing to be replaced. Again it went out so insttead of taking it to a service department I thought I would do it my self. The fuse under the hood is good and the one under the left side of my dash is good, I also have replaced the climate contoler but I am sure that is not the problem.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I have electrcial wiring, control wiring and hvac experience
