95 Silverado w350. Changed the O2 sensor. Still getting an

95 Silverado w350. Changed the O2 sensor. Still getting an intermittent check engine lighr. This only happens on highway driving. As a diagnostic check I bypassed the Egr sensor. The EGR valve moves freely. It was removed and cleaned w/ Seafoam Deep Creep. Still have intermittent check eng light. Where should I look next?

Customer: 95 Silverado w350 automatic
JA: Are you fixing your Silverado yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I am trying to.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I replaced the O2 sensor. The Cat converter was replaced because it was rattling. ERG Valve was removed,cleaned and moves freely and reinstalled. I temporarily bypassed the EGR Solinoid but still get an intermittant Check Eng Light.
