Abs & e brake cluster light is on and speedometer doesn't work
JA: Have you checked the brake fluid? How's the level and when was it last changed?
Customer: Fluid is good bleed the lines changed speed sensors on hubs , hubs are receantly changed as well
JA: What is the make/model/year of your car?
Customer: 2004 chevy avalanche z71
JA: Are you fixing your Avalanche yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Tried new speed sensors, checked all relays and fuses, thought about switching abs control module jus wanna rule everything out before doin that

Hello and welcome to JustAnswer!

It's very possible that the ABS module has failed and causing this, but it may also be missing a power or ground feed or there coudl be a speed sensor wiring issue.

The first step in diagnosing the problem was to use a scan tool to see if the ABS module will communicate, and if so what fault codes are set, and then testing can be done from there. Have you checked for ABS module communication?
