My power door locks and remote mirrors don't work on the 2008 silivado. They seem to have a dead short. Keeps blowing fuses. Only has 68000 miles
JA: Do all the fuses have the correct amperage for the circuits they're in?
Customer: Yes
JA: What is the model of your '08 Chevy?
Customer: 2008 Silv pickup
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I had a mechanic check it out and he found the new fuse blows instantly when put in. Thats it.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I don't know anything else

Check the wires in the door, start with the drivers front door. There is a rubber boot where the harness flexes. It is common for wires to break and touch each other here causing your problem. Check all doors.
