Hello, my name is***** neither of the key FOB's are working then the system has lost its programming. In some cases you can get them to initialize again, but most of the time the system will need to be reprogrammed with a scan tool. To try and do this put the key in the ignition and while you hold both the lock and unlock buttons on the fob turn the key to the run position. Hold it there for a few seconds and see if the locks begin to work. Try this with both. If it does not work then the computer needs to be reprogrammed.

Did not work!

If that did not work then they will need to be reprogrammed with a scan tool. Hopefully the receiver module didn't fail otherwise that will need to be replaced first.
