I have a 1988 Chevy. 2 wheel drive 305 motor. Ran great.

Customer Question

I have a 1988 Chevy.*****305 motor. Ran great. until it started having intermintent issues starting. and staying started. Fuel pump is good, fuel pressure is good. I changed the fuel filter and fuel injectors as preventative maintenance. I also put in a new throttle body position sensor. Still same problem. Is the ECM bad?
JA: Is the fuel filter an external one, or is it inside the tank?
Customer: external. I replaced it.
JA: What is the model of your '88 Chevy?
Customer: scottsdale
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes. I am fixing myself. New fuel filter, fuel injectors, throttle body position sensor. Truck has spark. And it does have power going to the fuel injectors.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Fuel pump works and has pressure in the lines. The fuel injectors aren't putting out fuel.
