Customer Question

EGR bypass valve code reading on 2011 drama
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact code? And have you tried to reset it?
Customer: No, I am trying to understand what the dealership is telling me about the fix.
JA: What is the model of your '11 Chevy?
Customer: 3500 HD with the drama
JA: Are you fixing your 3500 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: No, they said they need to pull the cab off the truck and that is beyond my abilities.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: That I am trying to type Duramax and spell check keeps changing it to drama.

  • What would you like to do regarding your question now.
  • This post is coming up on the 7 day mark where it times out. When a post times out, that means it's no longer on my active list (you reply and I may never know it.)
