AC / Heater blower will not work on any speed or setting. tested blower motor it is good. Replaced resistor still no fan. 2008 silverado
JA: Have you checked the coolant level? Has there been any leaking from the hoses?
Customer: no leakage
JA: Are you fixing your Silverado yourself? What have you tried so far?

Do you have a voltmeter to check the circuit if I guide you?

No I don't. Replaced fuse #70 and resistor located by blower motor. Also removed blower and it tested good. Are there any other fuses?

No, that is the only fuse.

Did the "resistor" connectors match your old ones? It is really a transistor not a resistor. If you would get a voltmeter I can help you determine the cause before you put any more money into parts.
