At the Blower Motor test the PURPLE wire for Voltage with the Key ONCheck the BLACK wire for Ground - with the Heater Switch on HIGHIF there is NO Voltage + on the PURPLE wire, test Voltage on "both sides of the "HTR A/C" Fuse located in the Inside Fuse Panel with Key ONTest Voltage on "both sides" of the "A/C" Fuse located in the Under Hood Fuse PanelLet me know what you find

sorry for the delay............IF there is NO Voltage + on the PURPLE wire, but there is Voltage + on "both sides" of the Fuses, then you will need to test the Blower Motor RelayIt is located apprx mid dash, behind dash on top of the Heater BoxSee Attachments BelowTest the ORANGE wire at the Heater Control Head with Key ONIF there is Voltage on the ORANGE wire, then it is likely the Blower RelayYou may be able to get to it by removing Glove Box or the Dash Panel & RadioChevrolet did not have very good instructions back then.
