Ok, what is the fuel pressure at?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
not sure
Expert:  AMEDEE replied 9 months ago.

Ok, then how do you know it has fuel?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
fuel came out when i loosened the line into the fuel injection and cranked the truck
Expert:  AMEDEE replied 9 months ago.

Ok, excellent! However, that does not mean the fuel pressure is within specs.

Does the engine run on starting fluid?

Customer: replied 9 months ago.
haven't tried that
Customer: replied 9 months ago.
What are the possibilities?
Expert:  AMEDEE replied 9 months ago.

If the fuel pressure is low, then chances are you have a weak fuel pump. This is very common.

If there is no spark, then you could have a bad crankshaft position sensor, ignition coil/secondary ignition components.
