I have a 2015 Tahoe and the DVD quit working. There is a DVD

I have a 2015 Tahoe and the DVD quit working. There is a DVD in the player but will not eject ...eject button not working. Acts like no power to overhead screen. Is there a fuse to check for this issue? Everything else seems to work on infotainment system. Jeff

JA: Are you fixing your Tahoe yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, warranty is up. Checked 10 amp fuse #20 on passenger side fuse block
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

I have found a bulletin about DVD player lockup.

Right now GM is having us reboot the system.

You can do this by disconnecting both battery cables and touching them together.
