Chevrolet Repair Questions? Ask a Chevy Mechanic for Answers ASAP
Hello my name is***** am an ASE Master Technician and I am glad to help you out with your question.
Have you checked injector pulse?
Sprays some starter spray in the intake and see if it runs.
Check INJ fuse 1, 20 amp, underhood fuse block.
Also check INJ 2 fuse. Check for voltage at these fuses with the key on.
unplug the cam sensor and see if it will fire.
Here is a diagram.
You need to remove the intake and check for injector pulse while cranking.
If you can remove an injector to test the spray. Maybe the injectors are clogged.
If fuel was not the problem, it would not want to run when using starting fluid. It seems to want fuel. So if you have pulse and spray spray at the injectors then it should run.
Fuel, spark, compression, timing.
If compression were the problem it would not start with starter fluid.
Were you able to get this running?
How old is the fuel in the tank?
