Does the system change modes? From floor to vent to Defrost?

Does the fan work on all speeds?

Customer: replied 11 months ago.
It use to work on all speed, but now it doesn't matter what speed it's on, it's just like it is on first speed.
As far as floor, defrost, etc. I'm pretty sure it does.

Check the connector on the blower motor resistor near the blower motor and see if any of the terminals are burnt. If so then you will need to replace the resistor and the pigtail connector.
