I pushed the lock mechanism up in the passenger door -

Customer Question

I pushed the lock mechanism up in the passenger door - thinking it was the child lock feature -- now the door won't shut & I can't get the locking mechanism back the way it was -- HELP!!
JA: Have you checked all the fuses? Do you have a wiring diagram?
Customer: I have a 2015 Suburban -- no fuses - no wiring diagram.
JA: Are you fixing your Suburban yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes - I tried to pull the mechanism back down with a screwdriver -- that doesn't work.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: I just pushed it up with my finger thinking I was engaging the child lock feature (I now know the child lock is turned on/off via a button on the driver's door.
