If you look at the drive belt while the engine is running dose the tensioner appear to be jumping on you?

It doesn't appear to be it's more prevalent upon acceleration or turning slightly but it does not sound at all like a bearing more like a vibrating growl

It could be a power steering pump making noise but I would start with removing the drive belt and start the engine for a quick moment and see if the noise clears. If dose, take your hand and spin each pulley looking for any signs of roughness.
