JA: Have you checked the fuses? The dashboard bulbs?

It sounds like the starter is not getting a signal to engage. Have you checked for power going to the starter with the key in the CRANK position? If not, this is your next step. If there is no power, then you will need to track down the power loss issue. You will need a wiring diagram for this. Do you have one or do you need one?
