The low beam lights don't work. The fuses are good, the relay is good and all of the other lights work. What's the problem?
JA: Have you checked the bulbs? Have you checked the fuses?
Customer: New bulbs.

Have you verified the bulbs are ok? You also need to check for voltage with a meter at the headlamp connector.
