JA: Has the vehicle turned into a gas hog? And how does it start -- same as usual?
Customer: Starts fine gauge just stop working
JA: What is the model of your '08 Chevy?
Customer: Yes
JA: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes i drop the tank to check the sender and checked the wires looks fine
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?

hey how are you

are you getting any signal out of it .

hook your voltmeter set on ohms , read resistance , pull up the pump and move float by hand does your meter movres.

it is part of the pump .

if all that good , than we have to got to the cluster itself ?
