Im replacing the intake manifold gasket on my 95 grand prix 3.1l and I'm not sure if I need to reset the valves when i install the push rods

On your 3.1 engine the hydraulic valve lifters and do not require periodic valve lash adjustment. Adjustment to zero lash is maintained automatically by hydraulic pressure in the lifters..

When installing your rocker Arms be sure to torque them to 18 FT LBS as well. See the link below.
