It's possible it might, normally they manufacture the same wiring harness for all the different size engines that go into a specific year, make, model so it makes it easier. Speaking of year, make and model, you never did mention what model. All you said was truck, is it a C or K and 1500, 2500 or 3500?

Fuel injection what? There are plenty of plugs on a fuel injection system.
Plus, you never mentioned if these engine had mfi, sfi or what.
