JA: Just to clarify, what are the exact lights you're talking about?
Customer: the mirror on the sun visor... those lights
JA: What is the model/year of your GM?
Customer: 07 suburban
JA: Are you fixing your Suburban yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: yes trying to fix myself. i disconnected the battery and reconnected it... seems like it my have an electrical problem
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: i need to know which fuse controls the lights too

Hi and thank you for the question! It sounded as if you were referring to the sun visor / mirror lights? They are operated my either a closeout hinge switch or a compression switch that turns them off when the mirror cover is closed. If these lights do not turn off, the only thing that will repair this condition is replacing the affected visor / mirror. I hoped this helped and please contact me further if needed.
