Code for oxygen sensor but don't know which one. code will

Customer Question

Code for oxygen sensor but don't know which one. code will go on and then reset itself. I have driven it approx 150 miles without the code light coming on.
JA: Have you seen this code before? Have you tried a hard reset?
Customer: No. I have not done a hard reset. It set twice.
JA: What is the model/year of your Chevy?
Customer: 2006 4.2 trailblazer LS
JA: Are you fixing your Trailblazer yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I have purchased the manifold sensor. The code reset so I did not know whether to replace it or not. It has 125,000 miles on it. It has been running rough in idle. I tried seafoam.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: Can the oxygen sensor cause a rough idle?
