My 2004 chevy avalanche A/C blows warm air... well barely

Customer Question

my 2004 chevy avalanche A/C blows warm air... well barely cool. I tried to add freon but didn't seem to help. Clutch seems to stay engaged
JA: Has the clutch been slipping? Are you having any trouble shifting?
Customer: A/C clutch
JA: Are you fixing your Avalanche yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I tried adding freon
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: nope

Hi there.

This A/C system works based on a specific range of pressures. In order for me to offer a solution to your issue, I would need you to install a set of gauges (click here to see example) so you could read and share current system pressures.
