I'm trying to replace my rear rotors on my 2009 traverse

Customer Question

I'm trying to replace my rear rotors on my 2009 traverse (211.000 miles) and the e-brake adjustment wheel is doing nothing for me. My next thought was a wheel puller unless you have a better idea.
JA: How old are the brakes? How many miles on the car?
Customer: 211,000, original brakes. I'm Stuart by the way.
JA: Are you fixing your Traverse yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I've tried adjusting the e-brake but I think it's stripped because I've adj. in both directions as far as it will go but it only screws in or out 1/8 of an inch.
JA: Anything else you want the mechanic to know before I connect you?
Customer: no

Do not use a puller yet. I will be right back. Looking for some repair info.

Is that FWD or AWD?

Customer: replied 1 year ago.

Are you trying to turn the adjustment wheel to try and release the e-brake shoes?
