My 2001 Chevy Tahoe has had intermittent use of the dash

Customer Question

My 2001 Chevy Tahoe has had intermittent use of the dash lights at night. Now they're off completely
JA: Have you checked the fuses? The dashboard bulbs?
Customer: I have not. I know where they are. What should I be looking for ?
JA: What is the model of your '01 Chevy?
Customer: LS 4x4 Tahoe
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I might attempt it but I've been told the whole dash panel needs to come off in order to troubleshoot it.
The dash lights have been flickering and I could keep em on with the dimmer switch, but now nothin.
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: That's it.

Do you know if there is power at fuse #14?

Are all of the dash lights out?
